ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO CANCELLATION WILL BE PERMITTED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED. THIS TICKET IS A PERSONAL LICENSE AND MAY BE REVOKED AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
This ticket is a revocable license. The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, the “Holder”), agrees to all of the terms hereof.
The Holder agrees not to transmit, distribute, or sell (or aid in transmitting, distributing, or selling) any description, account, picture, video, audio or any other form of reproduction of the event or any surrounding activities (in whole or part) for which this ticket is issued (the “Event”). This ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes without the express written consent of River Oaks Country Club’s operator and/or its affiliates (“River Oaks Country Club”) and the ATP and/or its affiliates (the “ATP”) and the USTA and/or its affiliates (the “USTA”) and Tournament MG and/or its affiliates (“TMG”).
No ticket holder may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the Tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match, through its conclusion for any commercial, betting, or gambling purpose). Breach of any of the terms of this license, or the refunding to the Holder of the printed purchase price of this ticket, shall automatically terminate any rights that the Holder may have hereunder, shall render illegal and unauthorized the Holder’s use of the ticket for any purpose, and shall authorize River Oaks Country Club, TMG and the ATP or USTA to withdraw the ticket, refuse admission to the stadium or eject the Holder from the stadium. Breach of any of the terms of this license shall also subject the Holder to all legal remedies available to River Oaks Country Club. Resale or attempted resale at a higher price than is printed hereon is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.
The Holder grants permission to River Oaks Country Club and TMG and the ATP and USTA (and its licensees and agents) to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the Event without further authorization or compensation. The Holder agrees to abide by all of the ATP Rules and Regulations as upheld by River Oaks Country Club.
THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND ALL HAZARDS ARISING FROM, OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE EVENT, WHETHER OCCURING PRIOR TO, DURING, OR AFTER THE EVENT HOWSOEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER BY NEGLICENCE OR OTHERWISE. THE HOLDER AGREES THAT RIVER OAKS COUNTRY CLUB (AND ITS AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS, AND EMPLOYEES) TMG, THE ATP, AND THE USTA ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES RESULTING FROM SUCH CAUSES. WARNING: TENNIS BALLS, TENNIS RACQUETS AND OTHER OBJECTS FLYING INTO SPECTATOR AREAS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURIES. BE ALERT AT ALL TIMES WHEN IN SPECTATOR AREAS. NOTIFY AN USHER FOR ASSISTANCE.
All sales are final. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. Lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets or those offered for resale at an unlawful premium, may not be honored. River Oaks Country Club may refuse admission to, or eject, any Holder, without refund, who is deemed to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms of this license or any and all security measures. EVENT DATES TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Inclement Weather Policy
If one (1) set is played in its entirety OR 60 minutes of match play occurs on Stadium Court, a session will be deemed to be complete. If a session is cancelled due to weather, the original purchaser who bought a single session ticket directly from the tournament via AXS is eligible for a ticket to a future session or other accommodations as solely determined by the tournament organizers. This policy does not apply to complimentary, sponsor, Season and Champs Pass tickets or for tickets purchased from a third party.
Schedule Policy
Players and match scheduled times are subject to change due to injury and unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are examined on a case basis, requests must be made 2 weeks prior to the event.
Entrance Procedures
The box office is located at the front of the River Oaks Country Club grounds. All tournament guests will be required to have a ticket or guest pass to access the Club grounds. All bags brought onto Club grounds will be subject to screening.
Prohibited Items
The following items MAY NOT be brought onto the grounds:
- Coolers or like containers
- Noisemaking devices
- Alcoholic beverages
- Commercial photographic or video cameras or recording devices
- Computers or Laptops
- Food (except for medical, dietary or infant purposes)
- Weapons (regardless of permit)
- Pets (except service animals)
- Large flags, signs or banners, laser pointing devices, bicycles and any other items deemed unlawful
- Dangerous by the management of the Fayez Sarofim & Co. U.S. Men’s Clay Court Championship, in its sole discretion.
Food and Beverage
ROCC and The Tournament have partnered with Goode Co. again this year as the provider for food and beverage. The menu offering is vast and should appeal to a wide range of dietary requirements. Your menu selection is made to order with quality ingredients satisfying tournament guests with fresh and fast options. Beer and wine is available for all tournament guests of legal drinking age to be consumed within The Courtyard.
