
HOUSTON - For the fourth time in as many appearances, the Bryan twins, Bob and Mike, have reached the doubles final at the US Men's Clay Court Championship. They did so by winning their 15th consecutive match in Houston on Friday night, downing Pablo Cuevas and Guillermo Garcia-Lopez 7-5 6-1.
The Bryans, who own a touranment record three titles, will now face fellow Americans Sam Querrey and John Isner in Saturday's final at 6 p.m.
Querrey and Isner, nicknamed "Quisner," reached the final with a 6-4 6-3 win over the second-seeded team of Eric Butorac and Jean-Julien Rojer.
The Bryans are playing for their 69th career title, which would extend their record haul. Quisner are playing for their second career title, and they are appearing in just their third final together.
This will be the fifth meeting between these two teams, with the Bryans holding a decisive 4-0 edge.
The final will be aired live on Tennis Channel.
